Booking Details
Free pick up service is available at Thongsala Pier for three day bookings plus otherwise 100 Baht per person.
Bookings at Full Moon include a free Full Moon Party taxi plus a welcome drink (alcoholic or a non alcoholic equivalent).
All Bungalow and Villa prices INCLUDE BREAKFAST.
Room Rate is for 2 people sharing a room, an extra person will be charged 600 Baht a night including extra bed and breakfast.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people per Bungalow or Villa (the Big Villa, some Deluxe Bungalows and some Villas can accommodate 2 extra beds).
The extra bed is a fold out bed that can be moved out of the way during the day.
An extra bed can be added to each room to create twin beds for guests not wanting to share a bed. The charge is 300 Baht for the bed - a maximum of 2 guests in a villa or bungalow with this arrangement.
The cost of a baby cot is 150 Baht per night.
Free Wi-Fi is now available free of charge at the resort if you have your own laptop. Fixed line internet is available at reception for a small charge.
Credit cards are accepted.
Check-out time - 12 Noon.
Satellite TV (UBC) includes: 1.STARMOVIES 2.ESPN 3.DISCOVERY 4.BBC WORLDNEWS.
Full moon week is defined as the day of the full moon plus the three days before and after the full moon.
Minimum Stay and Restrictions
Full Moon: A minimum stay of 4 nights - the price includes a Free Full Moon Party Taxi plus a welcome drink (alcoholic or a non alcoholic equivalent).
Christmas: A minimum stay of 5 nights - the price includes a Free Christmas Party Taxi plus a welcome drink (alcoholic or a non alcoholic equivalent).
New Year: A minimum stay of 7 nights - the price includes a Free Haad Rin New Year Countdown Party Taxi plus a welcome drink (alcoholic or a non alcoholic equivalent).
Construction is Finished
Construction of the Jacuzzi Pool Villas was completed in August 2011.
No further construction is planned in 2011 and 2012.

For bookings outside of full moon week - Book 4 nights and pay 3 nights. Book 7 nights and pay 5 nights.

Full Moon Party Package - 5 Night Package
12,125 Baht for 2 people
Accommodation - 5 Nights in a Standard Bungalow for 2 persons.

Free transfer from resort to Full Moon Party (one way).
2 special cocktails at the Pool Bar.
Daily breakfast at the restaurant.
Welcome drink.
Breakfast in bed on 1 morning.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Cancellation notice required of 48 hours notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. and 3. Above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
4. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
